failure is an essential ingredient of success

I completed novel “one night @ call center”. This novel was great one and kind of eye opening for me. I loved the message it conveyed to me. It is explained what are important ingredient for success in life for anyone. The most important qualities for success are intelligence, imagination, self confidence and last but most important is failure. Last point made in the book shocked me. It’s explained there that to be really successful one must face failure. We have to experience it, taste it, and suffer it. Only then can we shine. Never be afraid of failure. If it has come across our life then god want to give us a real shot at being successful later.

That was one hell of a novel and the way chetan has written it is really commendable. When i read this movel i thought about the plight of the 95% of educated youth of india who are not hotshots iitian or iim grads but some one from average upper middle class people and the problem they have to face in real world. Actually the real world what we percieve is different from what it actually is. But messege conveyed by the novel is big catch here. All those who might not have make their mark till date and struggled a lot that does not mean its the end of the road for them. They can prove their mettle somewhere else and the present failures or setbacks will only make them fearless and stronger to deal with real world problems than those who make it to hot shots destinations (colleges ) and think that they have achieved what their purpose of life.
